Our group has been operating in the Four Corners – Davenport area since 1996. We are a personal management oriented business and we enjoy the work. We pride ourselves in high customer satisfaction, providing our homeowners with peace of mind by looking after their properties in a conscientious and responsible manner. Our goal is to be your eyes and ears onsite while you are not here in Florida. We understand the illusions and frustrations of absentee homeowners who graciously open the doors of their homes to visitors and entrust the care of their investment to a third party.

We mostly work with direct customer bookings through our advertising network and web portals, targeting specifically the U.S., European, South American and Canadian markets. We have an office in Sao Paolo and an agent works for us in Bogota and also London. We do not promise more than we can deliver but we do work intelligently and diligently, using the most modern means of the Internet era to find quality bookings for the homes we manage. Our company emphasizes a dynamic partnership between homeowner and C F R M.

One last word about the characteristics of our company: In the first place, Communication. We believe in open, frank and prompt communication with homeowners. Phone calls are answered right away and e-mails are handled within twenty four hours or earlier if need be. When a homeowner has a problem, we want to hear about it and we guarantee solutions in a timely manner. Transparency is the hallmark of our business and all transaction costs are fully disclosed and detailed to the homeowner. The homeowner’s property ledger is maintained at the office and is available upon request. Homeowners receive a detailed monthly statement within the first five days of each month.

Villas are beautifully furnished with enclosed heated pool and Jacuzzi in most cases. From 2 bedroom to 6 bedrooms, vacation homes range in price from $79 to $350 per night. CFRM also offers townhouses and condos.
